GI Julie Boot Camp is a residential course
( you pick your length of stay) running high
quality fitness & fitness education training
courses in the North East of Scotland. Your
body will be put through its paces doing
exercises/activities which will help you
become fitter, toned & fantastic inch
loss. You will be pushing yourself to reach
personal goals that you thought were impossible
to achieve.
PLEASE NOTE
Here at GI Julie BC you will be looked at
as an individual & assessed accordingly.
Everyone is different & everyone needs
to have a fitness program to suit their needs
& by doing this you will find you achieve
greater results & not only that but you
will find it easy to continue to do what
you've been taught when you get home.
Please note, you will NOT be forced to do
things you find beyond your capabilty; you
will be deeply encouraged but never forced.
