GI Julie Boot Camp is a residential course ( you pick your length of stay) running high quality fitness & fitness education training courses in the North East of Scotland. Your body will be put through its paces doing exercises/activities which will help you become fitter, toned & fantastic inch loss. You will be pushing yourself to reach personal goals that you thought were impossible to achieve. 


PLEASE NOTE

Here at GI Julie BC you will be looked at as an individual & assessed accordingly. Everyone is different & everyone needs to have a fitness program to suit their needs & by doing this you will find you achieve greater results & not only that but you will find it easy to continue to do what you've been taught when you get home.


 

Please note, you will NOT be forced to do things you find beyond your capabilty; you will be deeply encouraged but never forced.

 If you need to shed some pounds and get back into shape then GI Julie Boot camp is the ideal place to start. We aim to quick-start your fitness regime and get you back on the road to fitness.

 

Being here will give you the kick start you've been looking for. All week you will be doing fun and exciting exercises that will keep you motivated and happy to be working out.

Your Physical Training


During your week at GI Julie Boot Camp you will be firstly assessed & then we will work with you to give you the best fitness plan. This plan will be one based around your individual needs & your full time job. why do we do that? The simple reason is, here at GI Julie BC we want you to go home & continue to drop those inches. Many boot camps are just for the week & once done you're on your own BUT not here...fitness/food & exercise education are high on the list & by teaching you & giving you simple but highly effective tips you will maintain your inch loss & not gain it back when we hand you over to yourself after your stay. 

 

No-one will force you to do anything that you are uncomfortable doing. However, you will find that you find yourself completely amazed at what you actually can personally achieve with the correct guidance and support.

 

The training regime along with the healthy balanced diet has been carefully designed; together they cannot fail to kick start you into a totally new way of life and give you a solid foundation of changing your life for good!
